Punch Burger — Restaurant in Carmel

Today my husband and kids went to the Indianapolis Childrens Museum so after the museum we were extremely hungry so my husband looked up top burger places to eat. We chose this place because it was on our way home. First off their customer service sucked the girl acted like we were bugging her and when I asked about a certain she just said I've never tried it. Having worked in a few restaurants I know that's NOT the answer you should give. Even if you have not tried a certain menu item your response should be positive from the start. I then asked her if it was popular she replied with yes people order it. Wow not the answer that should be given again. Anyways I ordered the said burger and begun to finish our order. When we got our order the lack of toppings were ridiculous. I ordered the Thai burger which had maybe a table spoon of asain slaw and way too much peanut butter. My husband and son got a burger with bacon which literally had one piece of bacon cut in half. The burgers all in all were tiny and dry. I would not suggest this place for a good burger. After living in this facility and spending lots of time at the other restaurants we decided to try a new place for lunch. After it was suggested to go to Punch Burger I initially said no. I am beyond happy to know that we went and loved it. I would say that there is no doubt in my mind that this is the best, juiciest burger in all of Carmel.

I got the Aloha burger and my GF got the Blu Burger. Both were cooked to perfection and were just so juicy! The picture below is the Aloha burger and their sweet potato tots. My only "Beef" with Punch burger was the lack of sauce that could have been used with the tots. Also, my GF ordered the waffle fries and they were a bit over cooked but were still tasty!

Overall, worth the price for the best burger in town. I hope you all can enjoy Punch Burger as much as I did. Don't forget to sign up for the reward program as you'll be getting a free burger in no time!...

I do not recommend the burger with an egg. They are serving a blacken egg. Because they do not clean the grill. The worst burger I ever tasted same, in Carmel and the downtown Indianapolis. Otherwise everything else were ok. Lately they changed fries to crinkle cut fries.
