Bought two meatloaf dinners tonight ( 5/30/2025).got home wife went to take bite of her mashed potatoes and a fly barely moving came crawling out from under the mashed potatoes. I called up there ti let let them know and they said they would get the owner which I don't know if she is or not but all she said was "we don't serve flies in our food" I told her several times that I was not saying it was intentional and she continued to be rude saying the don't serve flies and that it's not even fly season. So I wasted money on food that my wife was not able to eat. The only thing she offered to do is replace the mashed potatoes seriously it was in the enclosed container more than likely it was around everything else that is so gross it's pitiful. Never going back again they do not treat their customers good at all. Since you made it so I can't respond to your remark I'm editing You are lying you NEVER asked for the product back so that you could replace it you told me that you would replace the mashed potatoes and kept saying we do not serve flies. You are also lying about the gravy cover fly flying away one we never told you gravy covered fly we told it was under the mashed potatoes and we have a picture of it. Owner (female) is something to be desired! Extremely rude, unprofessional, seriously lacks customer service skills! I've managed bar/restraunts for 25 year's and this woman couldn't manage a flea circus! My sons scrambled eggs looked like a omelet! Yuck! He ordered a combo meal 2 pancakes, eggs, and bacon. He substituted the toast for a pancake (which had no upcharge) her idea of correcting the issue was to charge the full price for the combo AND then charge him for the extra pancake because I quote "that's the price of the meal ".. Hello he ordered a combo with a side of hash browns! Her serious lack of customer service and competency was appalling! Who would rectify a problem by separating out the items instead of just discounting the eggs? Her kitchen staff messed up the eggs... admit your failure and move on sweetheart! She doesn’t have control of her kitchen or her mouth. We were over charged and she looked bad not just to her customers but alos her staff who had to apologize for her... never again! You literally lost a new customer over discounting...

Waitress did not want to be there. Hated her job and told us so. She was more interested in other things than taking our order. My food came with a hair in it which was not pleasant to pull out of my mouth. The three waitresses were just standing around the cash register gossiping and laughing. I finally got one of the others to take my sandwich. She could see that there was another piece of hair still in the sandwich. I didn't eat half of my meal, but our waitress took half off my bill, and I guess they threw out the other half of my sandwich and my sides which I never touched. I would never go back.
