Taco Bell — Restaurant in Caro

I took my step sister and her friend, who are both 11 years old, here to get some food. We went in and ordered from the kiosks. Her friend ordered separately from us on the other kiosk. She ordered a quesadilla and when it gives you the option to remove things or add toppings, she thought that the shredded cheese was added on top of the quesadilla and not just inside and she didn’t want that so she took it off. Then the lady behind the counter asked her, the clarify, if she didn’t want any cheese on it and just the jalapeño sauce, so again she said yea she didn’t want any shredded cheese on top, so then I asked her and told her that they’re saying you just want the sauce inside, and not the cheese, so she said she wanted the cheese because she was confused. So I told the lady that she does want the cheese and that she was just confused. The boss, which I can’t remember her name, I think it starts with a D, rudely interrupts and proceeds to say that they can’t add the cheese because that’s not what the ticket says and they can’t change it. Why not? They asked this before it was even made so they very easily could have sprinkled on some cheese. There’s no price difference if she had the cheese or not and she’s an 11 year old girl who was just confused. They gave her the quesadilla without the cheese and just the sauce, so I ordered her a normal one. I understand that it’s her fault that she took off the cheese but she is young, the boss did not have to take it in the direction that she did, and why would they even ask if they weren’t going to add the cheese anyway. Just wasn’t the response we were expecting. A few other employees apologized about her so I’d assume stuff like this...

The service was absolutely dreadful. The staff was quick to take money for the order, but extremely slow producing the food. I am not joking when I tell you that I paid for my order at 6:07 p.m. and was finally handed my order at 6:41 p.m. 34 minutes for a standard, run of the mill order. No substitutes, no additions. Just a cookie cutter order. I placed my order inside, and I was not alone. I counted 12 peeps waiting for orders, and several more making the dreaded mistake of placing orders. Shame on you Taco Bell. I truly expected more from this well seasoned establishment. BTW, the restaurant had a well staffed crew. This establishment needs to step it up with a well trained staff. If you need help in this area, remember this: You are an establishment that provides "Fast Food" to a hungry public. If you cannot fulfill such a basic feat, then it is time to re-evaluate the necessity of your establishment all together. This was NOT a pleasant experience to say the least. why is it EVERY time i order with NO TOMATOES the employees here seem to put tomatoes on my food.!!! so if i was allergic to tomatoes and they killed me, you'd be liable for my death. i hope that makes you feel awful. WHY CANT YOU FOLLOW THE CUSTOMERS ORDERS 😒 😑 IF PEOPLE DONT WANT TOMATOES DONT PUT TOMATOES AS I SAID BEFORE WHAT IF THE CUSTOMER IS DEATHLY ALLERGIC!?!?! This is not the first fast food to SCREW up an order. McDonald's and wendys both screw up. why dont you all make the food the appropriate way so you dont get complaints. this has been the 4th time this has happened and i havent eaten here in months 😐...

also this.. have ordered a CHEESE Quesadilla with sour cream INSIDE SEVERAL times. the last 3 times someone put CHICKEN! i clearly say CHEESE. also, they put my SOUR CREAM in a container off to the side. when i asked for it to be INSIDE. it tastes much better when they put inside and cook rather than me having to do it. It's your job, do it right! GET REAL CHICKEN AGAIN ! no much FAKE chicken,...
