have to start with there being a line of people outside in the drive through where i initially pulled to get food. line was not moving, had a vehicle full of kids. (honestly feel kind of bad for the people waiting in the line because they're not aware of what's being served to them). so i pulled the vehicle to a parking spot and walk inside. go to the kiosk and place my $35 order. not being aware of my surroundings i kindly wait, i just happened to look over at the people getting drinks at the machine and they were pouring out every drink they tried to get, even that noticing the drain for the said drink machine was clogged and had a pool of dark brown liquid about to overflow out of it.. i'm feeling disgusted at this point turn my head and notice a worker that's assembling peoples bags of food to be given to the customers and this guy has no gloves on and as he's working just shoveling food into his mouth. i got the managers attention and let him know what was going on, and demanded a refund for my whole meal(that i did not receive a receipt for at the kiosk) , multiple other meals were refunded right behind me after i stated my concerns. the short guy who was eating food on the line tried saying "sir i was not handling your bare food with my bare hands" and all i had to say was "it's okay buddy you do not have to explain yourself". all in all the health department needs to visit this location and possibly shut it down, until management can find decent workers who have a better sense of Customer service and personal hygiene. not just throwing anyone in there that wants $12 an hour as advertised on their dumpster outside. at $12 an hour that fast food restaurant should be spotless through and through. utterly disappointed with the service and cleanliness of...
Read moreMy Dad's went in to get a couple of cups of ice. He waited more than 5 min at the cashier stand with no staff waiting on him or even acknowledging him. I joined him and then I caught the attention of an employee. I politely asked if someone could wait on us. She said they were short-staffed and we could use the kiosk. I said we needed a couple of cups of ice. I wasn't sure if we could do that on the kiosk. Another lady came over and asked what we needed. She wasn't very welcoming. My Dad asked for two cups of ice. He also had his wallet out and opened, ready to pay. She said, "Two cups of ice. That's ALL???" She abruptly turned around and went around the corner. Shortly, she came back, set the cups down very hard (nearly slammed them), spun on her heel, and went back to the kitchen. I called after her, "Is there a charge? We're willing to pay." She and the other staff didn't answer. Another customer said, I think they're free. My Dad went to get some straws. I saw a different employee, a young man. I told him that another employee had been very rude to us and I asked if a manager was present. He said yes and pointed out the manager to me. It was the same lady that had been so incredibly rude to us. The guy told her that I was looking for the manager. She didn't come out or even acknowledge me. This was all witnessed by another family waiting in line that also wasn't getting waited on. They mentioned that they had just been through the drive thru and that someone was rude to them (and the manager WAS wearing a headset.) I wished the other family good luck and we left. Thus was absolutely terrible customer service, especially from a manager, who is supposed to set a good example. I hope someone holds her...
Read moreWent to this McDonalds about 5:00 pm on Monday and it was busy, but not hectic. I used the kiosk to order 2 Grandma McFlurry's and 2 large drinks. Waited about 20 minutes and still had not been given the food or even a cup to get a drink. Went to the register to ask and the initial response was that "they were busy" and I told them that people that have come in after me had already received their food. So, the cashier checks and low-and-behold, she finds my ticket. She proceeds to tell me I only ordered 1 McFlurry and 2 drinks and I told her that I ordered 2. She showed me the ticket and I showed her my receipt and she still tried to tell me that I only ordered 1 even though the price reflects 2 and the receipt reflects 2. She then checks the computer and discovers the ticket is wrong and then tells me someone must have "overlooked the order" but does not say that they are making it. I ask for a refund and she tells me that she does not think she can because I ordered at the kiosk. HUH??? Well, I am furious but can only wait and finally they make the two and give me the 2 drinks and the McFlurry's are wrong. I ordered and paid for whip cream on both and neither has whip cream. Took them back to have the add the whip cream. At this point, they are NOT getting away with anything like that for free. The McFlurry itself was good. Vanilla ice cream and butterscotch sauce but the service, attitude, attention to detail... ALL PATHETIC!!! Never mind the find they were working on the drink machine in the lobby and apparently exposed some sewage line, because about 5:45 pm, a strong sewage smell appeared in the dining room. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND avoiding this McDonalds at...
