Pollo Tropical — Restaurant in Carolina

Love the food, But I don't know what happens with a genius that served my kid's Piñata beans with a lot of liquid, and very hot. I know I as a mom have to advice my kids that is hot and even to wait or serve them and stuff. But in the drive thru I recommend if you are serving Piñatas please serve the beans with no liquid cause mostly some parents are in a roll /rush and some small kids don't understand the situation about waiting. Another advice: THAT PIÑATA BOX IS MEGA FLIMSY so they can eat at it. And you know some are gonna use it to serve the kids food cause you even put a paper on it. PLEASE INVEST AND USE SOME SORT OF FOAM OR STRONGER BASE FOR INSIDE THE PIÑATA. TODAY WAS MY KID BURN AND I WILL NOT SUE BUT SOMEONE WILL.

I've being eating there for ages but in the Los Colobos one, Today 31 march 2022 someone messed up. Some kids want to do themselves their servings while growing up, and seriously the Piñata with all the liquid and sogginess the food onces came out and opens, was a mess for my kid and even me, she couldn't even get satisfied cause some fell.

Great food tho but NEED TO INVEST MORE ON A GREAT...

Play Wars, Looking For Outside Rainy. Inside Was OK Customer Service West Break, Nice my Daughter my Chicken Chicken, grilled chicken and mashed potatoes and our tropical salad and the chicken was salty, super salty and the potatoes I barely barely ate. It was too salty and the place was clean. The bathroom was dirty and the Customer Service the lady that took my order. The food has a great taste to it. However, I like my food nice and hot, not warm. The amount of food they serve is not a fair serving for the price I pay.

The restaurant is always with it's trash cans full. The tables are dirty. The ladies rest room faucet is loose and it needs to be replaced with a new one. Washing my hands was a bit difficult.

This has been my 8th time visiting Pollo Tropical located in Los Colobos Carolina Shopping Center. in one year. I have yet to see an improvement in the areas I...
