Burger King — Restaurant in Carolina

I went tonight at 1am. Friday May 16th, 2025.There were 2 cars in front of me, but the drive by window cashier kept telling the cars NOT to pull up to the window until the food was ready to serve. Having worked in fast food before, I know they do that so the timer doesn't report that they actually take forever. Then I asked for a TRIPLE ONION sandwich with no mayo. Why in the world did she give me the sandwich with zero onions?? Doesn't make sense. Plus, she left the mayo. Unfortunately , I didn't realize it until I got home. When I reached the window she was laughing and so side tracked from having a good time that she didn't even remember the Hershey pie. The cheesy pops tasted gross. They were definitely not fresh. Anoche 10/20/2023 visite junto a mi familia el Burger King de los colobos por servi-carro a eso de las 11:40pm. La muchacha que tomó la orden se escuchaba con poco conocimiento y repetimos la orden 2 veces para confirmar. Al llegar a la ventanilla para pagar y recoger nuestra orden notamos que el ambiente era de puro chiste incluyendo al GERENTE. El gerente al darse cuenta que la ventanilla estaba abierta después de un buen rato, y se escuchaba todo, la cierra y sigue el chiste. No vimos ningún ajoro de empleados (habían suficientes para avanzar) y de su parte como gerente o asistente hacer alguna gestión para que el equipo sacara la orden y la fila del servi- carro estaba bastante larga. Estuvimos esperando hasta las 12:21am por la orden. Al verificar, no habían echado las salsas. Se pidieron unas onion rings que no estaban, se le indica que se habia repetido la orden dos veces. Los Hamburgers NO los hicieron como se pidió, la calidad de la comida Pésima en sabor, todo frío, la carne de tenders de verlos sabes que están casi para dañarse y no completamente cocinados, las papás fritas frías y el sabor malísimo a manteca pasada de tiempo, las onion rings viejas. Y nunca nos dieron el recibo. En PR cada día todo sube y si pago por algo espero recibir lo que pedí y en buena calidad. Y a eso, si el servicio es pésimo y tu como gerente y empleados no tienes la mejor actitud por que colmo se molestan cuando uno le dice que falta algo , entonces que van hacer? I've been here a few times and this will be the last time. I work overnight. It seems like the night shift cooks in advance . The onion rings are always over fried and tasteless. I was lied to right to my face about my bacon cheeseburger, no bacon. The fish was over fried and dried out. Everything taste old and no flavor.
