Viena Snacks — Restaurant in Carolina

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I had the absolute worst experience here on the morning of July 4, 2025, around 7am. The person working behind the counter was rude and unprofessional — one of the worst customer service interactions I have ever had.

I ordered something incredibly simple: 2 blueberry muffins and a black coffee. Instead, I was handed a latte and muffins that were clearly expired — with visible mold and smell on them. When I asked for a refund, the cashier immediately threw the muffins away — clearly aware they were expired — and then proceeded to swear at me in Spanish.

How is this person is still employed — and how this business is still operating — is beyond me. I paid $17 for expired food and verbal abuse. I almost never write reviews, but this situation was so outrageous it needed to be called out. I’ll be filing a formal complaint and reporting both the individual and the establishment to the state health department and consumer affairs bureau.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. It’s not just bad service —...

If you're on a late night flight, this is the only place open on SJU Airport. Worst airport of all USA, but this is another story. Be careful with this place, 49 minutes in a lane to pay $21 for a small morge frozen club sandwich, a ¢.25 Costco bottle of water and a small Sprite can. The cashier with the same joy as a prisoner on his first day in jail, and slower than the pregnancy of an elephant (check it out). I saw a family of five spend $110 on 5 frozen croissants and three or four bottled minute maid juices. If they had ordered lobster on the plane it would be cheaper. And of course, don't expect a "thank you, you're welcome", although with the cost it is better that they do not tell...

So I ordered set of 6 chicken tender and fries. Once I started to eat then. All were saggy. I went back. They made me new one. While they were making mine. They also had to do the same for another person who had same complaints . Seems like they cook and keep them in box for awhile. Nothing their is fresh. Once I ate the fresh box. It was good. I went back to buy another set and they said they don't have any fresh one. How can a fast food restaurant don't carry food they can fry once we order? How long they been siting in the store fully fried? Seems like they take advantage of people who are in rush to catch flight and want to get...
