Udon - Asian Food — Restaurant in Carolina

There was lack communication between staff. I’m not sure how the management didn’t manage that to their chef, cook, etc. Before I placed order I asked someone in the front that if I would like to change just the protein (everything was the same including the price) from pork to chicken, the guy nice enough and willing to accommodate and make customer satisfactory and he said it wouldn’t be a problem the only thing I need to do was put a note on the self order kiosk to request change the protein (as you see my photos I had my note there) After he (FOH) called up my name to give me the food, he still told me that kitchen people separated the chicken since didn’t want to get soaked in with the broth, at first I surprised how they took care their customer went above and beyond but after 2 seconds I was amazed, the woman that work behind the line rudely enough and told the FOH guy that no they won’t allow customer to customize it anything. From excitement turned to completely disappointment I walked away with my food. And when I opened the small box there was 2 small pork with most of its fats. Totally overpriced, not so great flavor and on top of rude chef/ cook. Clearly this place didn’t care to make customer experience satisfied and not pleasant at all. Me and my partner decided to stop for a beer and decided to order some food to, before getting into our flight back home. We order the miso soup bowl and the noodles with breaded chicken, both were tasty.
