Wendy's — Restaurant in Carolina

I wanted something filling and affordable so of course I chose Wendy and got the $5 biggie bag. Which comes with a drink, fries,nuggets and a choice of burger or chicken sandwich. I choose the burger. This is not the first time I've ordered this and not the first time I order from this specific location. The burger looked like a burned 50 cent coin not even covering half the burger. I showed an employee thinking she's going to start laughing like I did but when she saw this little baby burger she looked at ME like I was crazy. She explained that I got a "small" burger. Servicio al cliente pésimo, la cajera con una cara de aborrecía, ni te mira al pedir la orden, el delay para la entrega de comida es más de media hora esperando a que te entreguen la orden y para colmo la comida fría y pésimamente preparada. Wendys en particular ha subido sus costos, no tengo problemas con pagar lo que sea pero espero calidad y servicio al cliente y no recibí ninguna de las dos.
