DON'T GOOOOO!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I routinely gave business to the Carollton location while receiving ONLY subpar service. On this day the manager denied replacing my smoothie after dropping one of the two purchased due to my lid not placed on properly. His tone was than professional demonstrating no genuine willingness to assist. Saying to me, Too bad I did not see the lid, I will not replace, good bye, etc...... I understand his thought of not giving the bank away but I was a regular patron due to location. I always knew the customer service could stand to be better. Now I understand why. They do not care about service for you nor appreciate the customers..only your money. The team has a terrible leader and that is bad business and horrible team development. Manager is not leading by example!!! If I could I would rate NO STARS!!!! I will no longer visit the Carollton, Smithfield location!!! I will drive the extra miles for good service and that is not found in the Carrollton, Smithfield location!!...

I feel like the managers expectations were too high, since they only gave me a week to train an expect me to remember everything in that one week. When on average it takes an employee a month or 2 to get the hang of it. On top of that, I was only given 2-3hours max, every other day. When I asked for more hours, their excuse was that I was in training an they couldn't. I felt that I could have more learning done if I had atleast 4hours. After my week of working there, they told me they would have my schedule texted to me. On top if that, they don't have a planned out schedule written or sent to employees. So after being told that I was going to be texted, I wasted my time for weeks an constantly tried to see if it would be sent. ย ย ย Read moreI did a mobile order for my son who wanted Tropical Smoothie. My son does not like super sweet things so when he said the smoothie was weirdly sour I knew it was unbearable. I tasted and it was incredibly sour.
I went inside and the cashier, who was very friendly and pleasant, understood my concern but had "to ask the owner". I wasn't asking for a refund, just to change it. The female owner said they couldn't do anything and I responded "cool". The male owner then came out as if there was a problem. He could've stayed in the back unless he was going to actually help the customer ๐
I asked for Splenda to try to make it edible and even that didn't work. Imagine how sour something has to be for Splenda to be ineffective!
Also, this establishment has disabled "pair and save" option so it shows as "sold out" for ALL combinations when you are doing mobile orders so you have buy separately and can't take advantage of savings offered at...
