Chopsticks Brothers — Restaurant in Carrollton

I went there tonight , I ordered beef broccoli and rice with extra sauce on the actual meal. We went over this twice because every time I get extra and they put it in the bag the top is never secured meaning it spills. Well today I made sure to specifically tell them in the actual order and she confirmed. They still put extra in the bag ( which spilled in my new car) which I was not mad at but then I realized that I did not even get my rice to my order.I paid 16.04 for beef and broccoli no rice ,and 2 spring rolls. I called them back and considering I’m 35 minutes away for the restaurant I was not coming back for a side of rice. They refused to give me a refund of just the rice which is all I asked for and that’s that. I will not recommend this place to anyone because the way I was spoken to and handled...

This food is not good and they don’t have good customer service. My boyfriend and I decided to go on a quick lunch date here because we wanted to give a different restaurant a try. I ordered the Mongolian Beef and it looked like Peppered Steak but had the consistency of fat. I took my food back to the front and asked if I was given the right meal because it looked like Peppered Steak. I was told that the Mongolian Beef and Peppered Steak were the same; the only difference is that the Peppered Steak has bell peppers. That doesn’t make any sense. I asked if I could change my choice of meat, because I only tasted one bite of it and they told me told me no. We had already paid for our meals so I didn’t see why she couldn’t. I'll be as honest as I can this place I've eaten here a few times they always say 5 minute ready with which most Chinese places we all know as 10 minutes ready the reason being that it takes only 5 minutes is because it giving you old food all of a sudden My whole family got sick and we went to the hospital Guess what we found out food poisoning stay far away from this place as possible the only reason they have good reviews is because Carrollton doesn't have good Chinese food let's be honest The customer service here is horrible they always rush you and have an attitude and the food is overpriced with...
