The Kreations Art Factory — Attraction in Carrollton

I love this place!! The employees are just amazing. Their special events are really great, that's my favorite part. Everything is themed right down to the refreshments. Harry Potter night, Descendants night, Cookies with the Grinch, visits with the Easter Bunny, Mom's night out, even a Friends night. I would go to every one of them if I could. Great atmosphere and always meet a new friend. But we like to just pop in and paint a piece during open studio too. It's so relaxing. Did I mention their summer camps? They are so much fun! My kids loved it! We are signed up for another one this summer. I am always for supporting small businesses, but this one is at the top of my list! I've seen good custom work come from this shop but unfortunately it's not consistent because my piece was sloppy & basic. The staff is extremely nice. The artist however, is not & is very fixed on her preference for doing your custom piece, so if you're looking for something specific I wouldn't come here first unless you plan to paint it yourself. Also the turn around times took forever. I did let her know I wasn't happy with my piece and I got an art is subjective speech and was offered to bring back the art for a refund. It's my baby's three week footprints so of course I'm not returning it. Poor...

Can I leave 0 stars??!! Just drove here from Temple with my soon-to-be 15 year old to celebrate her birthday. We researched several pottery places from Carrollton to Hiram and thought this one was the cutest! When we arrived a few minutes before 4pm, we walked in and were told that they close at 4. Really???!! Your website says 6! My daughter leaves tomorrow to go back to her dad's. Tyvm, Kreations for ruining my daughter's bday time we were going to spend together!!!
