Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Carrollton

I am really disappointed in my experience tonight with Papa John's. I should have listened to my fiance when he said Domino's across the street would be better. I normally don't complain but this experience was wild. I submitted my order at 7:42pm and periodically would check the online tracker... online tracker was stuck at the very 1st step "Making your order" for 50 minutes! We got a papadia, wings, cheese sticks, and cinnamon sticks. A relatively small order and I spent 42$ after tip. At 8:30pm I asked my fiance to call and a young woman answered and when we explained what happened she seemed unconcerned and put us on hold. She came back and told us "they said it'll be delivered in 15 or 20 minutes." Then hung up. We didn't receive our order till 9:18pm which is WAYYY more than "15 to 20 mins" it was 48 minutes and we live only 10 minutes away MAX. To add insult to injury I didn't get the extra peperoncinis that I paid extra for. I tried to call the store and was immediately told "Can you hold?" And before I could say a word I was placed on hold. After 6minutes of holding I gave up. I'm not mad but I'm extremely disappointed and probably will stick with dominos only from now on...Domino's has never done...

I went on the papa johns AP and ordered a pizza and drink with the only $25 I had to get food for the day and a drink. My order goes through and a couple minutes late the store manager, Daniel calls to tell me they can't bring pizza and it'll be 3 to 5 business days before I get my money. I told him I need the pizza can u call the papa johns that normally brings my pizza because that's all I have and I don't have a car . he says yes and he will call me back. An hour and a half later I call the maple street papa johns and Daniel tells me he can't help me and for me to call the other store myself. I try to reason with Daniel but Daniel would not help me. I will be calling the corporate tomorrow. I have never written a review nor have I called to make a complaint on anyone. I didn't even have the option to choose the store on the AP. I was simply hungry and love papa johns...

Terrible establishment. I ordered a pizza an hour and 45 mins before it needed to be delivered. Explained it must be delivered by 9pm at my job. They did not get there until 9:28pm and my lunch was over at 9:30. They ended up giving me the pizza any ways which sat in my car for the next 3 hours and when I looked at it, it was burned all around the edges and the bottom. The manager agreed to replace it again at my own choice. Three days later I ordered a pizza that I would pick up,they told me 15 mins. I got there around 25 mins later and they didn't even make the correct pizza. So I yet again had to wait for them to make it AGAIN. This is the worst place in Carrollton. Just go across the street to Domino's. At least they get your...
