Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Carrollton

Went in on a Friday afternoon, fairly busy. A gentleman (although I don't think I could call him that) ordered a hot sub. Very clearly the place was busy. Some people were already waiting and they had multiple online orders. You could tell they were VISIBLY flustered and busy. During a lunch rush you're doing everything you can to get the food out as fast as possible. When you order a HOT sub you should expect to wait longer than a sub they make right in front of you.

My five stars is for the manager. Who calmly told the guy that the workers were new and they were doing the best they can. WHICH was still decent. Food wasn't coming out incorrect. The manager (I'm assuming) also gave the guy coupons for the wait. Which the rude guy gladly took without second thought and stated he would be leaving a google review. So I sure do hope he reads this and rethinks his decision since he was indeed the one in the wrong.

If you're in such a rush where you can't wait, there are call ahead/order online options.

Quality of food at this location is severely lacking vs other stores. I ordered a sandwich last night, was served stale, at least 1-2 day old bread, lettuce and tomatoes that was wilted/not fresh. Meats and cheeses need to be kept wrapped before being cut for freshness, doesn’t seem like this location does that, as meats and cheeses were kept unwrapped touching an unlined tray in the refrigerated section - unsanitary. Who knows the last time the tray has been cleaned. This place gives Jersey mikes a bad name/look. The location in the colony is SO MUCH BETTER

Update: came in today because I accidentally ordered from this location instead of the colony location, which is the one that never disappoints. I came in at 1:pm, the online order stated it would be done by 12:50pm, was no where near done. Location also has a VERY BAD SMELL especially near meat area. I dont know why this havent been dealt with since it was like this the last time I went. It took them until 1:20pm to give me my food....

I stopped here as I was walking outside before going home. I wasn't greeted when I entered the establishment! 1st negative since I've come several other times in which they always speak as soon as you come in. 2nd I ordered a big kahuna GIANT SIZE. I observed the lady put ingredients on grill for a regular. I explained that to the lady at cash register because I was just gonna say forget it because all cash register lady did was look at me and say ok. The male went over to the girl at the grill in which she added more meat to the grill. SMH!!!!!!! This crew was absolutely ridiculous. I paid and waited for my sandwich, I politely asked for a bag and the lady handed me a bag without saying anything and with a frown on her face. I will never visit this Jersey Mike's again as long as those individuals are there. Horrible customer service. I said thank you and everything. They will no longer receive my hard...
