McDonald's — Restaurant in Carrollton

This is the worst Mcdonalds in the state. They screw up on every order. In the past month. I have gotten breakfast 6 times. every time it's been wrong. So here we go. Ordered bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Sub Biscuit for Muffin... Comes out with white egg... Second time. Bacon egg and cheese Muffin. White egg. Next few times. repeat. But state with folded egg. One came with no cheese. One was on the most untoasted Muffin i ever saw. The other had 1 strip of Bacon. Please keep in mind this is a repeating issue. Went in the other day for dinner. Ordered a Large Quarter pounder with cheese and Bacon. NO BACON. Ordered a Big breakfast. Got raw scrambled egg so runny it was nearly soup. Go in at Night. Food always cold. Went in today. Pulled into the far drive through. No cars in drive through. " One minute please. 2 cars pull up in the lane beside me. Both get their orders placed get to go in front of the first person there. Still waiting. They paid. Ordered a 20-piece nugget LG fries LG coke Freezy and a grandmas Mc Flurry, get home and of course the fry container was a medium. Half empty. I'm sick of this place messing up my order. I hate wendy's. So, what's that leave Overly priced DQ or never get your order right. or call to their attention and get attitude Local MC D's Oh and my women just informed me that the Mcflury was blah. We ate 1 a week ago it was...

Went inside last night to order at the kiosk. Place my order, waited by counter to pick up my food. The male "manager" who looked like a high school aged kid was standing there vaping. After about 5 mins of no acknowledgement from him or anyone else. I asked if we are ever going to get our food, few mins later he hands me the bag. No cups and no milkshake which were part of my order as well. I noticed the guy on the grill with his music headphones on dancing around not paying attention lol. After the lady behind me who also ordered at the kiosk got her bag and no drinks. I took it upon myself to grab our own cups from behind the counter after asking several times if we can get our drinks and shake, the "manager" just looking at me like I'm stupid. Thankfully after about 10 mins of standing there in total someone came out to take a gentleman order who was waiting at the counter. Asked her to get my shake. Whole time there nobody spoke a word to any of us in the lobby. No "do you need something" or anything like that. Food was nasty cold fries and nuggets nasty sandwich with hard bread. Like do high school kids just run this place now?! Service is horrible. Y'all need...

I ordered my food on the app at 9:45 this morning. I parked in spot four at 10:00. At 20 after I went in the building to find out where my food was. The 20 minutes I sat there, people were going n leaving mcds.....and going to the coffee place next door. No food coming out. At 10:21 I went in the building. I find 20 bags sitting on the counter in the back and a girl with pink hair. She kept saying ...I have a bacon egg n cheese bagel....... I don't know who's steak egg and cheese bagel this is though and my coffee and stuff was all sitting there. I yelled it's mine it's mine I'm in spot four outside.... Mealwhile .....all the customers were standing around grumpy looking at me like I should take priority....omg. I left. Called several times. It was going to fax machine. Finally a lady answered the phone and said that she would help me but I have to come back later. Ok how many hours do I get paid to not get food? She was nice but asked me " you didn't pick up your food" ....why heck...no....I tried... They were too busy to deal with it right now. Some girl in the drive thru was yelling...
