Taco Bell — Restaurant in Carrollton

This location is pretty beat up. Tables and chairs are janky and wobbly and many have been carved into by kids with knives or stupid adults with knives. Many meals are now over $10-12 so for us we prefer an authentic Mexican restaurant. If we are in a hurry and do the drive thru we have been conditioned by most locations to expect missing items, low accuracy rate of any custom order but the staff are kind. Kind staff who are customer oriented, and ready to serve is sometimes what is most important. When that is the case, the quick food, better bargain and best group of people are down the road at Wendy's. Taco Bell used to be my absolute favorite fast food but the overall satisfaction...

My boyfriend went there last night to order us food just to find out that they closed before he got off work the website stats there open till 12 well they aren't! Pro tip change your times becuase people who work late and want taco bell can't get it because they aren't open till 12 like they say they are so CHAGE YOUR HOURS IF YOU ARNT GOING TO BE OPEN TILL 12! It happens almost everytime they also very rarely get my order right!! Also if someone orders a cravings box they expect in a box not a bag it's more convenient in the box!!...

Stopped for a quick lunch while working,waited about 2-3 minutes while two employees ignored me then one yelled toward back of kitchen to another employee and said you have a customer at counter. That young man came and told me he couldn't take my order at counter per corporate,I would have to use kiosk. I replied I don't have time for this! I left! They should put sign on door stating we don't do customer service here go elsewhere! I won't be back and that won't effect their bottom line but no...
