Ol Boy's Barbeque — Restaurant in Carrollton

Mmm... this place is delicious!! I'm not speaking out of inexperience here folks, I grew up most my life in the smoked meats industry and from my perspective, they did amazing (which is why I went back lol)!!! I highly recommend for all of you to try their smoked brisket, between the buns or plated of course! To begin with, the smoke ring is firstly noticeable, immediately upon gazing down on the tender, finely thin sliced strips of delicious quality beef brisket.. I'm stopping here, as I'm already watering at the mouth describing my awesome dine in discovery.. I hope you'll all take my word and at least give them a try.. I feel you'll be more than satisfied.....

I stopped in here for lunch on the first of a 10 day stay in town. I ordered my food to go bc I was on my lunch break from work and had planned on taking the leftovers back to my hotel room with me. I sat down inside and had almost ate my entire meal when a worker came out of the back, rudely telling me that his boss wanted to know why I was in the dining room with a Togo tray. We bought the lunch special, Tenderloin dinner, it was almost as good as mine, I was pleasantly surprised, It is rare to find a restaurant anymore that actually makes homemade lunches & dinners.
