The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Carrollton

I would give this a 1 star but I love the product. The stores are the BEST way to try and buy any Honeybaked product, contrary to the rest of the world these days, as buying anything online has become so tedious and costly, that you have to be a bit crazy to do so. Let me state I have been a loyal customer of these hams for 30-40 years. Their ordering process and prices have become a maze of inefficiency. You HAVE to really want their ham & these days there's tons of cheaper alternatives to say nothing of other food options. They send catalogues stating 15% off their operators don't know how to process, they don't have the skills to look up what you bough before, they charge literally DOUBLE the price for add on items like soup mix via the mail, vs the stores AND they still charge exorbitant shipping charges! Why put yourself through that? Just call Publix or Kroger, or even Walmart, or place an order free thru Amazon. This Company has lost it's way and they think the consumer is still stupid enough to not care. Family run, and getting worse, not better. By the way, there is NO WAY to reach senior management to relay this to & they obviously are not listening to their customer...

The food was so good and yummy! The guy who took our order was vary nice and helpful being our first time there

Everyone at the store seemed very happy to be there and had a great atmosphere I asked a few questions to the guy making my sandwich and he was so nice and polite and he really seemed like he was enjoying making those sandwiches!

I would say the food is on the expensive side 14$ on average for a meal is a little on the expensive side for me but that’s a skill issue and if I had the money I would eat here way way more often

The food felt fresh it was ALL made to order the lettuce even tasted good like it was not old and flavorless you really get what you paid for

Do not do biz with this location. Most incompetent management Ive ever witnessed. Ordered pickup order to be picked up at specified time. Upon arrival they have 2 lines one for pickup and one for new orders. The new order line had 3 employees working. The prepaid line had one employee. The new order line literally moved 3x faster. No one cared about the extreme inconvenience and said you will get it when you get it. Unbelievable the lack of consideration.
