This location is a hit or miss sometimes. In the drive thru, sometimes it’s fast and perfect and just delicious on my lunch break. Other times, you hear an employee gossiping about you taking advantage of a Mother’s Day freebie. I love this location for the playground for my son and convenience to my job at the health department. I’ve spent hundreds, maybe even thousands of dollars at Chick-fil-A in my life. Today’s experience made me feel like I don’t ever want to come back. The lady didn’t tell me to have a good day or my pleasure or anything. I told her I appreciate her for taking orders out in the rain and she ignored me. I had to tell her to have a great day, because she didn’t even say anything before running to gossip to her coworkers. Chick-fil-A led a training at my job back in October of last year and I know how serious they take customer service. For this reason, I understand why the prices are so high and because of the economy, Chick-fil-A hasn’t been in my budget recently like it had before. So when I saw there was a deal for mothers, I was so excited, because I’m an avid couponer. Why judge someone for taking advantage of a deal? I think some staff here just need a bit more training in working with people is all. The food is always great, and even though this experience was bad and made me feel like a truly struggling, broke mom, the chicken minis were hot and so were the hash browns. Thank you for a great meal at...
Read moreIt was hit-and-miss. When we went to this Chick-fil-A, we felt we had finally found a CFA that lived up to the old standards. Benjamin was excellent. He gave the old-fashioned service—friendly and helpful. However, when we got the food to the van and started to eat it on the way home, we were very disappointed. My filet was hard and difficult to chew. It tasted weird. Not CFA quality by any means. The CFA sandwich was as good as it used to be. The fries were ok. The rest of the filets were scrawny, tough, and dry. The service was excellent, but the food left much to be desired. My grandparents and father were personal friends with Mr. Cathy. I went to high school with his three children. I managed a CFA for seven years. My brother was one of the first employees at the original Chick-fil-A at Greenbrier Mall. In other words, I know the product and what Mr. Cathy expected. I believe he would be very disappointed with most of the units today. With the service so good at this store, we will probably give it another chance the next time we are...
Read moreThis has got to be the slowest chick-fil-a I have ever came across. Service always sucks when I come here and it’s the only Chick-fil-a on my way to work. The workers outside do not get to you in the order you got there and you will be waiting for your food forever. Workers are just rude there every time I come and do not listen at all to what you need . Quite frankly I won’t be back to this location anymore. Anytime I get a chicken biscuit the fillet is so small it doesn’t even cover the biscuit, it’s like you’re eating a dry biscuit. LOL couldn’t leave another review , decided to stop by here with my boyfriend even though i refused to come here again AND they forgot the cheese on my sandwich go figure ! Also asked for my receipt and got a receipt from someone’s breakfast this morning at 8:20am when I came at 9:20 pm. Now I actually will just drive to the CFA in carrolton or VR instead of wasting my time here. Wish i could...
