Waffle House — Restaurant in Carrollton

This establishment is absolutely disgusting. Me and some girl friends went to have dinner around 10:30. This place was a disaster but surprisingly empty. 3 waitress just hanging around talking . Took 20 minutes to get drinks and our order . The food took 35 minutes to come out and it was still cold. My omlete was undercooked when I asked to have it recooked the waitress was rude and rolled her eyes . She snatched up my plate and it took 20 more minutes to get my food which was done this time but the ingredients were wrong. I just ate it because everyone else had already eaten in their plates were already took. And we sat there for a little while longer while waiting for our check, we saw our waitress take a check from another table and they told her to keep the change she put it in her pocket including the check and never cashed it out. That's poor management at its finest. They don't even watch the cameras or obviously check their systems to make sure everything's being accounted for absolutely disgusting. Not to mention the two cockroaches I seen crawling on the wall and the ants. I will never be returning to that...

This was my 1st visit @ this particular WH. The place was clean. The waitress & cook were really friendly.

I ordered the bacon chicken cheese wrap, it is my favorite thing to eat @ WH! Let my say @ other locations some cooks just can't seem to make it right. Well this cook tonight NAILED IT, it was by far one of the best wraps I've gotten! The chili was good & fresh. The sweet tea wasn't real sweet but it was fresh....so NO complaints!

Over all it was a good visit with friendly staff, clean restaurant & good food. If I'm ever on that side of town I would defiantly visit this WH again.

I review all the time on google & I try to be very honest & give as much info as possible. I rarely give 5 stars, they must really impress me. The attitudes of staff, how the restaurant is ran, the food, how clean it is & the atmosphere are what i base my reviews on! I try not to complain or give 1 star. If I have a bad experience (most of the time) I will give a restaurant a 2nd chance.

We went in to have lunch and was sat in Lisa’s section. She took forever to come take our order. She wasn’t friendly at all. When I told her my eggs did not have cheese and could she have them remade she just told me they had cheese on them and walked away. I again told her how unhappy I was when she came by the table and she ignored me. When we checked out I AGAIN told her how unhappy I was and that I felt like my eggs should have been remade. She asked what was she supposed to do about it? She said they’d still look the same. She argued with me for a solid five minutes about how there was nothing she could do and said I never asked her to remake the eggs. Everyone heard me ask her.
