Outdated metal props, relatively poor design in the first place, and rough old concrete ground that’s like a cheese grater on skin.
Specifically: The mini-ramp is too tall (6-ish ft) and too narrow (12ish?) for beginner skaters and playful sessions. It should be half as high and twice as wide. Some of the metal joints form cracks (not great). Most of the quarter pipes are also 6’ and just not friendly for young kids or relaxed fun skating (unless you really rip and don’t care about the junky condition?).
The manual pad is surfaced with trex plastic wood and has angle iron coping, seems like a rad idea but ends up being problematic for manual tricks (slick, gaps that catch wheels).
There are a few ledges and flat bars that are fun to session, but the ground will shred exposed skin. Overall the props have an outdated, BMX park feel that isn’t conducive to learning for younger kids, beginners, or older...
