This was probably the worst visit I have ever had at Wendy's. There was a long line in the drive through so I figured that the wait time might have been less inside, so I went inside. It was 12:59PM when I got out of my car and went into this establishment. There was a long line inside and they appeared to have adequate staff to service both the drive-thru and dining area efficiently but boy was i wrong. I was inside for a total of 29 minutes!! Afterbwaitibg in line for about 20 minutes to place my order, the cashier messed up my order. I told her I wanted a small drink with my combo (she repeated back to me that i wanted a small) but instead she charged me for a medium and after I brought it to her attention, she said "I'll just give you a small cup". Excuse me? You want to charge me for more than you are supplying me? I don't think so. After I received my food, I checked my order and while doing so tasted one of my fries. The fries were not fresh and tasted like they had been sitting there for a while ( After such a long wait I expected them to at least be fresh). I asked the cashier to please make me a batch of fresh fries. She took the fries from me, threw them in the fry basket, and reheated them in the oil. I was just done at that point, I didn't have it in me to argue with her. In case you're wondering, yes, my fries still had that "old taste" despite them being "hot". Read moreMy grandchildren and I went in to the counter to order take-out today for lunch because we had to feed party of 6. The person taking my order mind you was a manager and she was not a person representing the Wendy's company well. Just to let you know, I am disabled, hard of hearing, and because of my medical issue not able to gather my thoughts the way the manager was speaking to me. I still remained polite and respectful showing my grandchildren that you don't allow anyone the power to make you come out of character. The manager was rolling her eyes at me because I was order the kids the biggie bag for 5 dollars and you get to choose which sandwich on the list that was on the board. She then would say, small or large, I'll reply, the way it comes. But I want mustard on all the sandwiches and on one I want to add lettuce and tomatoe, no katch-up. I asked for 2 jr bacon cheese burgers, 3 double stacks. 2+3=5 right. Then I got the baconator combo. Small frosty. She told me $50. And some change. I end up paying 43.25 But the lady customer service 🙄 was the worst of the worst. I told my grandchildren we will not be back there again. The disrespect to the elderly these days. Yes it was clean. Read moreI've come to this Wendy's for years because I liked the food, the friendly staff and was always clean and quiet. Now, that all has changed. I ordered my food and have waited 20 min and I have only got a soda cup no food. While I write this review there's a group of four disrespectful venezuelans blasting out loud music from their cellphones, talking and laughing loudly. Whenever I come to this Wendy's is because I want a quiet, peacefully environment to enjoy my food. I am not sure if those people work here or not but I observed that they have bought nothing, they're just hanging out there being loud by the soda machine and they drink the soda ( Hopefully, they paid for the soda they drink) I''ve seen them doing exactly the same thing for the last three times I came here, same people.
