So very disappointed in this place. I hardly ever write bad reviews but I am still in shock at what my order came out to be. My family had been going to this place for years. The food used to be hot, fresh, plentiful & surprisingly good quality. But now I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED?
The spicy seafood noodles I ordered came with 2 small sad pieces of fried fish, 1 tiny shrimp (the size of a dime) and some small bits of "seafood", less than a handful total. I have always ordered this dish in the past and was always surprised on the amount of seafood was packed in. It used to look just like the picture on the menu with the exception of the noodle, you can't say that about many places.
I completely understand businesses are having a hard time with covid but don't do this to your customers. I would have happily paid more to get the quality and actual seafood I used to get from this place. I feel ripped off for paying $10.99(+tax) for basically noodles.
I am all about supporting small business and even more so during these times but I'm questioning about returning back due to the drop in quality and lack of honesty toward the customer. If you are advertising a dish to look and have certain items, a customer should get what they pay for, or close to it. As customers, we work hard for our money too, just like you, and I'm sure you would be disappointed if you choose to loyally spend your money somewhere and didn't get what you paid for.

I asked employee for extra bag of fried wonton for my soup. she said ok. I got my order and went home. discovered I had what would be half a bag of fried wontons And they were stale. turned into cardboard when I put some in my soup. my chicken dumplings were overcooked looks like to me that they were refried to freshen them up. they didn't even ask me what kind of rice I wanted. so I called the restaurant and spoke to ever answer the phone and told them what I was displeased about and they just sat there and didn't say anything and I said hello and I said yeah I said so you're not going to do anything about it he said no I said is that right he said yep do I need to say more how unbelievably rude and worst customer service I believe I've ever got was no customer service at all please don't go there don't spend your money there. don't support this place. they need to go back home where...
Read moreMy gosh! I ordered the honey sesame chicken through drive thru and parked on the parking lot to eat on my lunch hour. After the 4th piece of chicken I ate it tasted so horrible that when I looked the chicken wad rotten! It was a dark green color in the inside. I went inside the store and asked to speak to a manager and I wad told by a Carla that the manager wasn't in. I showed her the chicken and told her the chicken is rotten and with a non caring attitude she said "yes, I can see that" and looked at me and didn't say I word. I told Carla to write my info now because if I get sick or food poisoning they'll be responsible. I asked for my money back and she gave me half the money cash. What also caught my attention is that she just opened the drawer and took cash out without looking at the receipt. I asked for the managers name and she said his name is Juan.
