Burger Street — Restaurant in Carrollton

Went into the Burger Street establishment on 10/18/2021 I ordered a number one the lady at the traffic window was very nice very friendly but she ran my car twice it didn't say anything about it so when I looked at my transactions I noticed that the card had been ran twice so I went back confronting her about the situation she then proceeded to tell me that she would have to reach out to the corporate office I spoke with someone in the corporate office tell me to give it a couple days and my money should be back on my card so I gave it until today which is Thursday money was still not back on my card so I reached out to the corporate office the young man who answered the phone was not willing to help me very rude very unprofessional so I went back to the Burger Streetot establishment where they were able to give me cash which was which is what they should have gave me on Monday when I went in needless to say because of the situation I will not be going back to...

I literally just left here. I ordered 4 combos total, one of them being the #5 which is the chicken tender combo. First, the guy asked if I wanted spicy or regular and I chose spicy. When we got home and I opened the styrofoam container I coukd visibly see that 1. The tenders are not spicy and 2. The tenders looked old and as if they had been reheated. Upon tasting the tenders and fries they also were not fresh and tasted like they were reheated. Upon looking at the container it came in, it looked old and looks like styrofoam that has been in a microwave. Everyone elses food was fresh and good but mine was so horrible I lost my appetite. I just spent over $50 getting food for the family and i can't even eat mine. This has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be returning to this location. OMG........what I believe is the best double cheeseburger in the city, I went in tonight for "something different" ---- wound up with the 3 chicken fingers basket: fries & drink, too .......... EXCEPTIONAL: I think better than McDonald's, Canes, Sonic AND with amazing sweet tea and my dessert of choice: the CINNAMON Hot Apple Pie (everybody else does Pie --- even apple ----- BUT Not Cinnamon!!!! Fantastic .......... I'm continuing to always be pleased when I eat at this place!!!!! I'm so SURE you will be, AS Well.........!!!!!!

8/7/22 = another something different: tots instead of fries and once again, I was amazed with how much better these are than Sonic ----- and probably anyone else who does tots Sooooo, whether it is curly crispy fries, tots, or hot Big tasty onion rings ----- all will be pleased they stopped into burger street!!!
