H Salt Fish & Chips — Restaurant in Carson

Well I guess this is the last H&salt fish an chips around .walked in the cashier was an older gentleman whom seems to be having dementia or something. No smile just a blank expression on his face . I notice the cook was slicing the fish very thin not like before when the fish was in a nice bar cut size. It more was better then fish and the fries were mid. The parking is terrible I'm just didn't have that same taste like before . There most definitely skimping on the fish,The best one was in Gardena I went there since I was a kid now it's gone . I don't expect for this place to hang around much longer .I will find me a pub to get some good battered...

Is the only reason why I gave it a 4 star is because when I used to go to the spot back in the 1980s with my parents this place was off the chart the owners that owned it prior to the owners that own it now were very clean neat and precise the owners that own it now need to do A lot more clean up and be more precise on their business there are good people don't get me wrong it's just that they don't understand English very well it is it's the honest truth sorry sorry for being straight out about this business but I shall let everybody know the...

I Nice had not been here in some time. I arrived and ordered what I've always ordered, and the fish&Chips were just as I remembered it. Only this time, the fries were a bit overcooked, and some tasted like they were not freshly cooked.

If this is the restaurant that reads this, please correct this: either cook to order or throw out sitting fries 🍟 or they will spoil the whole meal.

Other than that, the fish was cooked to order, and just as I remembered.

Keep up the good service. And keep up the good especially the fries too...
