Carson Park — Attraction in Long Beach

I love coming to the gym here to get a good workout. It’s a nice small convenient place for people close in the area to come to, putting in some cardio, but lately the machines such as the treadmill and stair master have not been working due to something that hasn’t been explained. Best thing about it is the gym doesn’t get overcrowded yet I the place can be pretty dirty as it would be nice and useful if workers can participate in cleaning the gym by mopping the floors and dusting the equipment for it to be a safe clean environment for our health. I don’t come as much like I use to but I enjoy coming whenever I get free time...

I didn't give it a five star, because nothing is perfect, I am sure they could use some improvement. Overall , this park is clean, no loitering, graffiti or people just wondering or lost lol, like you see in other parks. The play are is very clean and neat. During the summer they turn on the water pads for the kids to refresh themselves, they go off at 6pm. The bathrooms are super clean, they never have soap, but, I always carry sanitizer 😆😁 great place to have a birthday, although it allows for one, since the are for a party is small. Carson Park was amazing. I love the butterfly garden, not to mention the art installations surrounding the play area, and the recreation center modern architecture is so attractive. I attended a birthday party there and was invited back for a Halloween event later this month. The Park has great sunlight as well as trees for shade, beware of the tree ants. Lastly, the other amenities are open all the time not seasonal. The Park is not too big for the little ones to get lost.
