Laith’s Mediterranean Restaurant isn’t just a dining spot—it’s a culinary masterpiece! The flavors are absolutely spectacular, crafted with the finest quality ingredients that leave a lasting impression. Every bite feels like a celebration of authentic Mediterranean cuisine. The shawarma, both beef and chicken, is hands-down the best I’ve ever had, bursting with perfectly balanced spices and tenderness.
What truly sets Laith’s apart is the chef’s unmatched expertise in nutrition and cooking. His dedication is incredible, also he’ll even prepare your meal with olive oil if you request it in advance! That kind of attention to detail is a rarity in today’s dining scene.
This isn’t just a hidden gem in Carson—it’s a restaurant worthy of global recognition. With the chef’s level of skill and passion, I can easily imagine celebrities, world leaders, and food critics making their way here to experience this unforgettable dining. Laith’s isn’t just feeding Carson; it’s feeding the world with flavors that could rival the best restaurants anywhere. Don’t miss your chance to be part...
Read moreAmazing hidden gem in Carson! The chicken shawarma plate was one of the best I’ve ever had, and believe me, I know my shawarma. They had a lot of other delicious looking Mediterranean options as well. The real star of this place, however, is the date seed coffee. The owner actually produces the date seed coffee himself and sells bags there (called Medidate - great name). I bought one and am already making a latte daily. In summary, do yourself a favor and visits...
Read moreThis is probably the best Mediterranean spot I've been to.

The moment you enter, you're feeling welcomed and it's very inviting. I've come many before and I always get the gyro plate, hummus, and rice. Sometimes, I swap out the extra hummus for baba ganoush . Both are just so good, so it just depends on what I'm craving.
One of the things I truly love about this place is the ratio of meat to sides. In a lot of places, I was given a sliver of protein, just to hide the unbalanced amount of rice underneath. Nah nah, not this place. It has your back ❤️ I end up splitting the meal as two servings!
All in all, food is delicious and plentiful, while workers are friendly and caring.
I can't explain how happy I am to have found this spot. 6/5 stars,...
