J B J's Bakery — Restaurant in Carson

I have been going to this bakery for a long time. I like to buy bread from the bakery because they don't put preservatives and they are fresh and soft bread. I know the owner and all the employees who work there. Last week, I went to the bakery to buy sweet bread. They are located in Carson Bonita Plaza shopping Mall. They had a huge parking lot so I didn't have problems finding a parking space. When I went there, it was early in the morning so they were baking all kinds of flavors of bread. I walked inside of bakery and I smelled cinnamon & coconut bread. This bakery specialized in Philippino bread. The owner was from the Philippines. I love their sweet bread. One lady greeted me with a smile. She was friendly and knowledgeable about their bread. I bought my favorite Mongo bread & a loaf of white bread. For my drink, I got a bottle of mango juice. And I came home and I ate my Mongo bread. It was sumptuous! I loved to eat tasty freshly baked bread. Anyway, if you want to try freshly baked bread with no preservatives, this bakery is the right place. I recommend this bakery because they open 7 days a week from 7 AM-7 PM.
