First time there tonight around 8:30 pm .. store is nicely set up. But service is horrible, specially the prepared food department. As I waited for a slow guy to prepare someone’s food he never told me I had to wait .. he could have kindly guided me to the line. So I waited and waited he took his time. All these people look slow there. Like they don’t care. So I waited and waited and never once told me I had to get in a certain line. lol so finally I asked a girl and she was like line is there I was like ok . I went and waited and waited so many free people not caring and finally. Bam the so called manager takes my order .. careless attitude lol anyway I was hungry as I worked all day I haven’t ate and everything I hear about this store I’m like omg I want to try it. Anyway I ordered and got in the line behind a lady ghetto g her order prepared. I waited and waited and then I noticed ladies that were employees I think they noticed I was bothered mind u I was hungry .. so I walk up after like almost 40 min cause they are all behind the same counter .. I asked can anyone else help she said NO. Cause it was a different department.. she was behind the chicharron and the dude was literally next to her. I was like nm I want a refund lol so she finally happily guided me to the manager .. manager happily gave me a refund without even asking me what the problem was or offering a solution.. weird. 0 stars. WORST SERVICE EVER LOL ALL THE HYPE FOR NOTHING AND TODAY AT 830 check all them people including the dark girl and manager and the slow chubby guy they provide worst service never again. lol...

I'm not much of a reviewer, but this time I'm doing it because it's not the first time this has happened to me and I'm tired and I hope the owners or managers of this store do something about it, I understand that the most important thing is to sell as much as possible, but there are things that shouldn't be done in order not to lose money, there are many times that I have bought meat here and it's incredible that they sell you meat that is supposedly better quality than the regular one, I'm referring to both the jerky and the ranchera, I understand that the meat has fat, that's not a problem, but not removing the sinew and selling you more sinew than meat, that's not normal anymore, every time I buy something I end up removing half of what I buy, if I order 8 pounds, it's easily 3 of pure sinew... teach your butchers how to cut meat instead of using a machine... Another thing that also bothers me is the attitude of the cashiers, always with a bad face and throwing the food, the other time an elderly lady with a broken arm putting the Things with a lot of work in the bag, struggling I had to help her, they should be like the American stores that bag your purchases in fact even in La Superior they do it, for those simple details that I will not return neither I nor all my family and friends, for being a store that only wants to make money and not be kind to customers... please no more cashiers like Mayeli... Vallarta do something about it take care...

Vallarta Supermarkets just opened in Carson. I had a great experience at the market. When I arrived at the market, the parking lot was full of cars. I couldn't believe that so many people were trying to find their parking space. I drove around for a while, and I found one parking spot. First, I entered the market. It was so crowded with people. The store was very cleaned and decorated with colorful balloons, which were green, white & red colors. I liked their interior and balloons 🎈 They had grand opening sales. First, I went to the produce department. They had a good selection of fruits and they were very fresh and vegetables were fresh and seemed good quality vegetables. After that, I walked to the meat department. They had sales for steak & chicken. I got the beef sirloin tip steak. It was $5.99 per pound, and it was a good price. Then. I walked to the bakery department. They baked such as breads,cakes, pastries, and all kinds of sweats every day. Also, they had prepared Spanish food department, which were convenient to pick up foods in the market. I enjoyed shopping at this market. They offered fresh meats, produces and bakery. Also, their price were low. The only thing was It was difficult to find a parking space. I would like to recommend Vallarta Supermarkets to people who like to shop good quality foods and save money on low prices. Also, they had great customer...
