Edit: Restaurant is under new management :/ new recipes, some classic ones are missing. The original owners sold the business and aren't the cooks anymore... Really sad day. Food probably won't be as good ๐๐๐
Ugh. I like to wait until I've been a couple times to review a place. It's my second time here and it is so good.
The first time around I got the Thai spicy fried rice and it was excellent! I got it "very spicy" and it still had plenty of flavor.
The second time around I got the orange chicken very spicy (pictured) and it was GREAT. it was crispy and sweet and spicy a and wonderful! We came on rainy days and there was plenty of seating!
Prices and portions were solid as well!
Update: 8 months later, still as good as before. Tried the beef noodle soup today (mild) it was capital D, Delicious. The soup had the perfect blend of sweet and spice, the noodles were cooked to perfection, there were plenty of them, and the broth was tongue...
ย ย ย Read moreI saw an open now sign in front of the restaurant after I finish my groceries shopping. So I stopped by for a quick meal. Food is good and affordable. I have a talk with a (nice) server and he told me itโs the same management as Sriracha Thai on Avalon. They bought out the store just a couple month ago. No wonder the menu and picture look familiar. Sriracha Thai has been my favorite restaurant since I moved to Carson. Iโm so glad they open this location since it closer to my house. I have tried almost everything in their menu assuming everything is the same recipe as Sriracha if it is it definately good. I had chicken wing, crab friend rice and tomyum today. It a little slow crowd that Sriracha so food come out much quicker which I like. It also much bigger. When I was there, they have a few customers but the food come out pretty fast. I will come...
ย ย ย Read moreIโm happy to be one of the first few to review this place because they have quality Thai food and deserve recognition for it. My boyfriend and I frequent different Thai places in LA and are glad this one opened up near west Carson. If you are familiar with the area, they are ocated in the strip mall next to the Numero Uno market and Planet Fitness. I got the pad Thai with shrimp and the balance between savory and sweet was perfect. The yellow curry is flavorful, rich and had the right amount of spice. I highly recommend both and will be coming back to try more of the menu. Not to mention, the owners are so sweet and helpful! They are following COVID precautions and are doing take-out so call ahead...
