My sister in law and I went here this morning on the way to work. We ordered 3 gravy biscuits, 2 fries and drinks. They left her dies out and we weren't given any utensils. My sis in law told them her fries were missing so the worker got her to hand her back her bag of food that was already in our car and she did once they gave the bag back I asked for some utensils and straws the worker got loud with me and said "THEY ARE IN THE BAG" They clearly were not and I told her they weren't. She asked that I give her my bag of food back. I told her no bc that is a violation... you are NEVER suppose to take food back through the window once it is given to customers... she then calls me RUDE!! For asking for utensils and straws and closes the window on me!! At this point I am bewildered!! Once she comes back to the window I tell her off and ask to speak to her manager she tells me here are utensils I ask AGAIN to speak to the manager and she tells me "They right here" I said for the third time "Let me speak to your manager.. tell your manger to come to the window" the manager poked his head around her and said "These are the only utensils we have" i respond with "ok well that's fine I only asked for some utensils bc none was given at all.. idk if it's a fork or spork. I only needed shivering so I'm able to eat my gravy biscuits but your employee is extremely rude" NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT THIS! The worker and the manager were BOTH very rude! We will not be returning! I wish I had it on video so I could post it and let EVERYONE see how...
Read moreI just went through their drive-thru and the lady who took my order was very rude. She started off with "order when ya ready". I told her the first meal of my order and she instantly gave me a price like that was the end of my order. I politely said I had a couple more meals to order and she seemed irritated. I would try to tell her the meal I wanted with what sides, sizes, etc and she kept cutting me off to ask me about sauces I wanted and then she'd re-ask me what my sides/sizes were. She just seemed very frustrated and like she was trying to speed up the process. And I'm not a slow talking person so I'm not sure what her problem was. She annoyingly told me my price and when I drove around and got to the window she just said "19 dollas". She had forgot one of my drinks for one meal and forgot what a side was for another meal, so the same drive-thru lady and another lady were at the window asking me my order again so they could get it together to give it to me. I think if the drive-thru woman wouldn't have been so pushy and rude she would have been paying more attention to what I was saying when I placed my order.
Also, not a single "hello" or greeting of any kind for that matter. She and the other lady working were complaining about work, sighing and heaving, it just felt like they totally didn't want to be there taking anyone's order right now.
Everybody has bad days but you still have to be professional at work. Hope this establishment considers a meeting/class/training session about professional courtesy...
Read moreWell here in Cartersville we have 2 locations for which both are equally as horrible, after today I will go to neither. I like to give a restaurant 3 chances as I know sometimes you just have a bad day. Well today is their last chance. All 3 times my order is wrong, something missing predominantly. I do not notice until I get home, but today I checked before I pulled off and sure enough my gravy was missing, I flagged the person in the window she opened and snottly ask what do you want, I responded with I need my gravy please, she responded, its in your box mam, I said no it isn't, she proceeds to argue about a tablespoon of gravy, finally she said to me if it will shut you up I will get you a freaking gravy. I get home open my box of 8 piece its all legs, (I ordered mix) and my 4 biscuits where smashed. I absolutely hate this because I love Bojangles chicken. I am not usually one to leave a negative comment but when I came to the the review page I seen im not the only disappointed customer. I hope cooperate actually looks at these reviews and will act on them. We in Cartersville need your help... BOTH Cartersville locations are...
