I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt the need to because we are all human and need room for correction, as well given the opportunity to correct a situation. I was really hungry and wanting breakfast for me and my son. Someone was going to pick up my order while they were out in passing. I was trying to place a take out order when I was asked to hold. I was put on hold for 12 mins. The person who was picking up my order had made it there already, and they don’t even live in Cartersville. When it was the person who was picking up my order, turned to be helped; They let the worker know that I was on the phone waiting to place my order. I over heard that worker ask who answered the phone, the response from another worker was “I did and forgot about it.” Someone also stated, “I can’t”. A few seconds later someone hung up the phone. Now, I get being busy come with the business but it was a form of rudeness and bad customer service. You should have picked up the phone, out of courtesy, because I was still there waiting to place my order. I mean at least apologize, and try fixing it because I was still wanting to order. Right away I tried calling back. I was trying to let it be known about what just happened. Read moreI'm writing this review in the most positive way that I can. I witnessed the most unsanitary and unpleasant thing you can witness in a restaurant. First I'm gonna start off our server was excellent.But the male cook who was cooking tonight on 3rd shift was not wearing gloves. While he was preparing our food. He scratched his head twice and went straight back to cooking. Let's just say our food went almost untouched except for the grits we received in a bowl that I watched a lady prepare. One thing concerns me more is the demeaning way that talked to our server when there was a computer error. Not just one person but 3 different people proceeded to demean her for such a simple error that could have been fixed easily. In front of the customers I felt sorry for her. I'm in the restaurant business. I know how it runs and I know it can get frustrating at times but there is a way you act accordingly. I frequent this establishment on 1st shift alot and never had a problem. A server name kristie was one of the rudest people I'm come across on a while. My server like I said was great. Her name I believe was Kelly. I paid for my untouched food because at that moment I just needed to get out of there. Read moreThis was the absolute worse experience we have ever had at this particular waffle .house we was told the cook was a chef and had just completed culinary school ..but our food came out cold .and the sausage was raw in the middle hash browns was not correct they left out the onions after I specified that I wanted onion , now I know that it's not a star restaurant.but giving the fact we were the only people in there at the time there is no excuse for this. With the waitress take our grits s back they were cold and they were a large grits she brought back a small grit that was still cold as well we told her that we had ordered a large she does not even offer to swap them we told her that they were still cold and she did nothing to offer hot food also when she took the food back the cook ask her what was wrong with it and she made a whiny face rubbing her eyes like we were being babies about our food.
