Tarascos Tacos & Wings — Restaurant in Cartersville

I am not one to honestly ever complain. But today is definitely the exception. I was with a group of 3. We were not greeted when we walked in. We had to wait for our waitress to finish talking to who appeared to be her S/O before we were greeted. However the greeting was silence. We even asked our waitress how she was doing with no response. My food was not as I ordered. I ordered the lunch chimichanga. I asked for chicken but instead received beef. I tried it because I would rather give it a shot than to just say no. It had no taste to it and the consistency was like that of wet cat food. I brought this to the attention of the waitress and she had it remade with the chicken I had originally requested. The first bite was great but when I went to cut into it again, I now have a chicken bone in my meal. Imagine if I had bit into that instead of seeing it. I could have chipped a tooth or worse, choked on that. At that point I decided I could not eat the rest of my food as it seemed to just get worse as the service went on. Even replacing the drinks seemed to be a burden as they were getting slung onto the table. I work in the food service industry, I understand things can be rough. But when there is only 1 other table there that is a party of 2, there is ZERO reason that thos service could not have been better. I dont think I will be returning...

Good great, service so-so. Service went from soso to horrible. My company orders from torascos often for either take out or delivery, today was the first time I've had a really horrible experience. After entering your establishment and waiting about 5 minutes I had to stop a waitress who had passed me three times already, to ask her to take my order. As it was it to go order and not as large as the table she was handling, she did not seem too thrilled to take my order. After she took my order she walked away and no longer acknowledged that I was a customer. After sitting for 20 plus minutes, I stopped another server and asked her if she could get my food. I was sitting in the bar area where you can see the kitchen clearly and I could see the nachos when they came up. The second server that I asked to go and get my food walked up to the food that I had saw sitting there for about 10plus minutes, bagged it up and gladly handed me my food while the other server walked past us yet again. I made it my purpose to return to the counter and scratch out my tip. Thanks Breanna you...

Usually they're pretty good, but last weekend was an epic fail. We got there at 1 for the lunch buffet (never saw a sign indicating the buffet closed at 2 and no one told us). The buffet was mostly comprised of food that had been out for a while so it was dried out or hard. I asked for some fresh chicken and beef and they brought out the tiniest dish of each. My husband and I easily ate it all on one plate. The lettuce was pretty much just a few bits of brown shreds sitting in water. I asked if one of the dishes was going to be refilled, I was told yes...it never was. We asked about another dish and the waitress said "What time is it? 2? Nope, the buffet is done". So we left hungry because even though we paid for the buffet, there wasn't much on it to eat. Oh, and the waitress...we had to get up and track her down several times to request drinks because she literally came to our table once. They had a bad, bad...
