Country Spirits 41 — Local services in Cartersville

I have been here several times and have found this to be something of a great disappointment. It is closed often when they are supposed to be open. Their hours list them as being open and yet the lights are out and the store is all locked up. This has happened on several different occasions including but not limited a Friday at 9 p.m. and several different Saturday nights.

One of the employees doesn't bathe( at least one of the times I was there), I know this was someone who worked there because they were going back and for the between the back of room. The smell was terrible. I won't get into details you get where I am going with this.

There have been only a hand full of times I have been here to grab some thing and they were open. Their supply isn't bad and the prices aren't bad, however the unstable hours and inconsistency of this business makes me not want to even bother with them. While they are conveniently located it won't do them any good if they are closed randomly for no apparent reason. It isn't like they had a note of the door any of the times for this reason or that.

I dislike leaving a review like this and in general like to support local business, this however is just not for people who want to stay in business. This will not bode well for their future as this town grows and more business come into town. I will not be even trying to go this store anymore. This disappointment and hassle of even trying to go over there instead of actually going further in town... I just can't support this...

The woman behind the register was really patient and kind. I had accidentally used the wrong payment card and had became nervous not knowing why my transaction hadn't gone through. The line began to grow longer behind me which caused me to become a bit more flustered. I pulled out my other card for payment, my mind went blank on my pin number, and the machine prompted with the almighty DECLINED-OH NO! The line behind me was growing longer but the woman continued to be sweet throughout the entire process. Thank goodness she was kind or else I might not had remembered my pin the second time I swiped my card had it not been for hee patience with me. I don't go here but maybe once a month. I love this store. They are always friendly helpful and welcoming. People complain bout not being open when they should be ever thot bout an emergency or short handed or being sick. Come on people if you have ever worked in the public like this then you should understand things happen. The way I see it if you’re not happy with this place go on down the road cause I can promise you there are others to take your place. As for the people outside of they haven’t ever grabbed you or cursed you out then they are not harming you. If things go wrong the owner handles it very respectfully.
