Checkers — Restaurant in Cartersville

Today 8-3-2018 I visited your location and received the worse customer service EVER! At the order board when I placed my order I was talked to rudely, just asked can I help you then gave me my total in very short tone. Get to window another girl comes to window says &8.54 takes my card, in meantime I look in window and the manager and order taker (Genesis) along with girl taking my card are Huddled together and when the manager sees me looking she looks away and girl brings me my card and receipt and says “ here” ! Then Genesis hands me my food and says “here”! Then turns around closes window in my face! Really!!! Who does that? So rude and disrespectful . Now I don’t know if they were having a bad day or just unhappy at their jobs, but they definitely need a course on customer service and how to treat the customer that If it wasn’t for they wouldn’t have a job!!!! I personally will not visit this location again unless I know that this kind of thing will never happen again. I have lived in Cartersville my whole life and will be sure and let my experience be know to my family and friends. No one should be treated this way when they are spending their money at your establishment. And if I have to I will go as far up the chain of command that I can in order to get this issue handled. Nothing irritates me more than a rude public worker and they think they should receive $15.00 an hour hahahaha! Not as long as they treat the paying...

The staff that works here do NOT understand how to place an order. I ordered a Big Buford Triple with cheese PLAIN, just meat and cheese and a root beer with NO ICE. Now 99.99999% of the people 'might' understand this, this crew... DON'T BET ON IT. When I rolled up to the window, I should have realized 'just keep on moving'. The person at the window took my money, gave me my change and a large glass of 'something' with ICE in it (how we doin so far on never going back but wait, it doesn't end there. He took it back and handed me another large glass of 'some' soda that DIDN'T taste like Barqs. I said to myself 'forget it, I'll get one on the way back'. A little bit later, out came my bag of food. I pulled off and dismissed it. On the way back, I reached in the bag to grab some (remember the order) extra crispy fries only to discover they were closer to that of a wet noodle than ANYTHING crispy. At least I have my triple with cheese (how many remember the order?) PLAIN... RIGHT? YEA nope. When I arrived home it was loaded, lettuce, tomato, mayo, etc so TOTAL WASTE OF $11.??, Plus the gas to get there and my time. The photo of the burger is below... looks PLAIN to me (maybe in an inverse world). You might wonder if THESE people are making $15/hr to NOT ONLY SAY 'you want fries with that, but to screw up your order to boot. How about $0.50/ hr for WASTING MY TIME AND...

Super High Sodium In Food. Patties come in Frozen, Pre Seasoned and then the unit adds More Salt. Can't eat the burgers. No longer carrying Slaw and no longer grilling onions on request for burgers or dogs. So I miss the chili cheese slaw dog with grilled onions. Glad I have Cookout because they offer slaw and tons of grilled Spanish onions. Checkers places purple salad onions on burgers and dogs. Purple is for salads and Spanish white is for burgers and dogs. New cheese sticks were very good. Chicken wings are always very good. Will not sell cups of chili like Cookout or Culvers. Burger joint or not, they have No Respect for lowering Salt/Sodium content. Less means more to this unhealthy conscious company. Bathroom was clean but cold. Lacking in COVID PRECAUTIONS. They never provide forks or sporks or knives needed for cutting dogs for us messy people. Could not eat on patio because of the stench of cigarette smoke from employees and some customers.
