We decided to come though the drive through this evening for our lunch break at this location and proceeded to order we explained that we had 2 separate orders and a mobile order witch the employee then asked how big our orders were very rudley we replied with they are small we got to the window to pay and was asked if we wanted sauce I replied i would like arbys sauce for the second order I was then corrected by the employee telling me she was asking about the first order I said ok I waited for me to be asked for sauce with my order we payed for both orders then we were asked what was the name we looked a5 each trying to figure out what she was talking about then she snapped again what was the name then snapped again the name for the mobile order we told her she handed us the bag and no drink we asked about the drink and she told us that normally people come in to get there drinks how does this make sense we go through the drivethrough to pick up food why would we come back inside to get the drink anyway we come to this location often for our lunch break and the night shift employees act like it is a hassle to server there customers and after tonight's encounter I may not go...

I made an order and was told "that doesn't tell me anything" I literally told her what meal I wanted but because I didn't specify what size she got hostile with me. It's standard medium with the meals and if I wanted to up size I would have said so. Today, again I overheard the drive through employee tell the car ahead of me that she's not ready to take the order because there is two other people talking and she's busy. The tone the employee used was disrespectful and there was a professional way of handling it, like asking the other employees to be quite while you take the order. I work in a restaurant as well and I would never speak or treat the customers the way Arby's in Carthage, MO does. I should have learned my lesson the first time but I figured they just had a bad day or obviously an employee with terrible customer service skills. Now that it has happened again and with a different employee tells me that this establishment just doesn't care about customer service....
Read moreI came to grab a quick bite with some coworkers during our lunch break. The food was fine. But the service was AWFUL 😖! The girl who took our order was friendly, however the manager on duty was extremely hateful towards all of us. She messed up one of our orders and was rude when we asked for it to be fixed. While I was getting my drink, my order came up, I waved to the worker to let her know I head her, but then the manager yelled out the order again with a frown because I hadn't come up and got it. When my friends order came up the same time as another order she grabbed the tray out of my friends hand and raised her voice at her for grabbing the wrong tray. Afterwards she yelled at the girl who took our order for pointing out where the mistake was made. Overall very disappointed with this experience.
