Subway — Restaurant in Carthage

Ms. Lucera/Lucia is very rude and absolutely shouldn't have a job if she continues to treat customers rudely. I walked in tonight to get a wrap for dinner.

Opon checkout, she was VERY snotty and rude to me. I explained that Joplin always used my coupons for the wrap, and it wasn't an issue. She said very rudely and snotty, "Well, we're not Joplin." LOL! Yeah? Well, clearly.....

I explained that her attitude wasn't necessary. She then thought it was funny, started laughing, and just continued on....

Next time, I'm pretty sure it will not hurt you to treat your customers with a little bit of kindness.

If not, maybe you should find a different job. Just a thought.

I hadn't been there in several months, it has definitely went down hill! The customer service is horrible! They have changed everything and instead of being helpful they just stare at each other and make grumpy faces. I will not be making their jobs to hard again. I even asked for their names and a number to talk to a manager and they told me they didnt know anyone that I would just have to Google it. Worthless workers! Ordered 2 salads and 1 6" sub. The total was $34. Very disappointed in the salads. Nothing was chopped up. The meat was in full size pieces. I went back to counter to ask for a plastic knife and was told it is corporate policy not to have knives for guests. One member in our group has a lot of food allergies and when we would ask specifics about ingredients the staff had no clue for answers.
