Broken Arrow Pizza Co. — Restaurant in Carthage

We ordered a pepperoni pizza to go—we should have checked it before leaving because they gave a us a burnt plain cheese pizza. Instead of offering to make it right they told us that the pepperoni is UNDER the cheese so we asked for our money back. They said that they would mail it to us? Are you kidding me? You don’t have our information! My mom had to drive back down there and get her money back. They made it seem like it was our fault and that we should have known the pepperoni would be under the burnt cheese. Not a single apology just rude tones over the phone. I have never heard of pepperoni being put under the cheese. That is not the norm. If you do something out of the norm maybe tell the customer when they order. Also, maybe apologize when a customer is disgruntled with the product instead of treating them like an ignorant nobody. Maybe it’s bc my mom is Hispanic? But they were VERY...
