I placed an order with them over the phone for a family member’s loved one who passed since we do not live local. I requested that a picture of the arrangement be sent to my phone once ready since I like to see what I’m paying for and she assured me she would. I called later to check in since I hadn’t heard anything and the arrangement had already been delivered to the funeral home but she said when she went back to the funeral home before the service she would take a picture and send to me but never did. My husband called 2 days ahead for Valentine’s Day. Once again disappointed in the arrangement a dozen roses. I don’t understand why they don’t take pride in what they send out. Simply because they had black spots & it was full of ferns several roses had black spots & were wilting.To top it off they addressed the envelope with the wrong last name Phillips Let’s just say for $124 totally unacceptable. If you order from their website, the flowers do not look as good as in the photo. It's embarrassing to send flowers to someone and they tell me the flowers weren't very fresh or pretty.

Whoever I talked to a while back about it told me that I ordered what I saw in the picture and that was the end of that. Would not recommend. Take your business to The Popcorn Place or...
