I would rate it a 5 if it weren’t for how slow everything is. The service is great, they’re friendly, welcoming and everything you would want in a local bakery. Except it takes 15-20 minutes to get any coffee or hot chocolate made. I have almost been late to work many times because I ordered coffee and it takes forever. I don’t order over complicated things and when I go there is RARELY anyone else in there shopping so it can’t be because of backed up orders. I love their baked goods and their drinks it just takes forever to get...

This place is great for the bakery itself. Good bakery items and cakes. But slow counter service with one person taking the drink orders and making the drinks. They get pretty busy during the afternoons.

Their frappes don't have any caffeine in them? It's just a milk shake.

Absolutely just love Heather. She is always such a sweetheart everything I go in. She always gives me a heads up when she is making my favorite cookie cheesecake bar. Been going here since they opened and have never had anything that wasn't to die for. She deserves more than 5 starts 100 out of 10...
