Super China Buffet — Restaurant in Carthage

Subpar and bizarre tasting Chinese food. Most dishes look normal but they do not taste normal. I wonder if the meat is really what they they say it is. I read allot of mixed reviews. If you are happy with Taco Bell and McDonalds food, you may think this food taste fine. Some dishes tasted old. I had to spit out several dishes. I'm thankful I didn't get food poisoning. But I was paying and so I tried many dishes and finally settled with plain vegetables. My teens normally pile their plates high at good buffets. But they ate very little. I hate to deter customers. The service ladies are extremely attentive and kind. But the owners need a revamping of their recipes and to throw away the sitting food after lunch. I hope they will read these reviews and decide to offer quality food to their patrons. But then that would not be the cheapest way to run a restaurant. I am still in a state of wonder over this place. It is like eating on an alien planet. The owners are apparently Asian. However, I find it hard to believe they eat...

I went to go eat here with a group of friends, it was my first time to eat here. We walked in and it was very muggy inside, but it was also very cold outside, so they must have turned off the a/c. Our waitress took our drink order and she told us to make our plates. We come back to the table with plates full of food, drinks waiting on the table, I will go ahead and say the service was very good, we never had a problem with that. The problem that i did have is that our chicken on the stick looked delicious on the outside, but royal hot pink on the inside. It looked cooked enough, it looked like you dipped the chicken inside food coloring.Anyways long story... I never ate the chicken, but my boyfriend did. And he's been up all night with FOOD POISONING!!! I read most of the lower star reviews and most of them say they received food poisoning as well. Like I said before nothing was wrong with the servicd, but I'm pretty sure I'm not...

Traveling here on business. Always trying to find a good Chinese restaurant. I chose this one due to my location and was very glad that I did. I arrived about 5pm, the food was plentiful and hot and the restaurant was neat and tidy. The service was excellent and they had many options from chicken to shrimp. All of your standard favorites and my opinion one of the best hot and sour soups that I have ever had the pleasure of eating. They also have a nice dessert selection, including ice cream from a machine. I would definitely recommend! Price for the buffet meal was inexpensive, Just $10.99! I had a soda for $2.49 for a total of $14.60 out the door plus the tip! Don’t forget...
