Memo's Tacos Restaurant — Restaurant in Cary

There's not much that this place does compared to other Mexican restaurant locales. Tad pricier, but the food quality works.

Ordered two steak tacos and one pork taco. The steak tacos are done well; safe option for anyone wanting to try this place. The pork taco - which I ordered just for the sake of trying something new - was not so appealing to me, but I do think that this kind of dish is an acquired taste. Not gonna hold anything against them for this - I have had tacos al pastor elsewhere, but they seem to vary from location to location.

I did have to ask for lime after the plate came by - it wasn't innately offered side by side.

Without a doubt, Memos serves some of the tastiest, most amazing tacos I have ever eaten. From the perfect tortilla texture and flavor, to the succulent steak, to the slightly sweet and savory pastor (on the menu as marinated pork), every bite was a pleasure. I want to give a special mention to their sauces, rarely does the "red and green" sauce have this much character. Nice fella picked at the next table picked up the tab to avoid a confrontation, wife was expected to eat the food that was ordered for the table next to ours. Service fail, not to mention the underage waiter, along with another waiter that played no comprehende, when asked if the order would be remade. My burrito was more than lackluster.
