Used the app to order, which defaulted to the last location we picked up at using the app. Address of my local location is very similar to the location that the app defaulted to, so I didn't realize that my food was being prepped at the wrong location. So my order went to the wrong location, which is on me. But the way this location handled the situation is BS. We called and told them what happened. The person on the phone gave the phone to someone else who didn't identify themselves as the manager, but it stands to reason that this was someone of authority. The second person told me that there is no way to cancel app order, and no way to refund the order. The only recourse we had was to contact app support of which there is no phone number, just a feedback form. Which I assume managers are aware of. So, we drove two towns over to get our food within the hour. Once we arrived, my order wasn't there, and the cashier said that I'd told them that I wouldn't pick up the order (which I did not say, I told them I'd try to come get it.) They did remake the order and the staff was friendly. But this entire process is broken if the app runs independent of the restaurant locations. How can you tell someone that you're not going to refund their money AND toss their order out? If you were going to eat the $15 anyway, you may as well refund the customer. Absolutely ridiculous....
Read moreI was craving some Taco Bell after a long and tiring day. I was staying at a nearby hotel, and decided to go to this location. That was a really big mistake. This is the first Taco Bell where I felt I needed to leave a review. At this Taco Bell, I ordered the $7 box with the chicken chalupa, hard shell taco, beefy 5-layer burrito and nachos with a Mt. Dew. Firstly, the drive thru was slow. It was Friday rush hour, so I guess that is to be expected. I asked the guy at the window for some sauce. He said it was in the box, and when I went to check, he handed me a handful of sauce. All good. Anyhow, I got to the hotel to enjoy my meal, and was thoroughly disappointed. The soda didn't have enough syrup in it. It tasted like it was running out. The chalupa shell was stale and dry. The taco was only half filled, as was the container of cheese for my nachos. About the only thing that wasn't disgusting or only half filled was the burrito. I was way too tired and worn out to take it back, and honestly, I had a feeling the replacement food would not have been much better. So, I ate what I could. I had some other snacks with me, so I just ate that after trying to eat the Taco Bell.
I make the trip to this area annually, so my review probably doesn't mean much, but I will certainly not spend my money at this...
Read moreTold the manager multiple times the card need to be ran with the 4 digit pin and he was not listening. I only had 6 $ in cash on me so I told him to remove the pizza and fry’s and I would pay for the drink.
The manager proceeded to charge me for the fry’s and the drink and said the rudest shit because he couldn’t comprehend the card needed a pin. (Low comprehension much)
He said “don’t come here wasting my food because your broke” after he changed me for the drink and the fry’s I said to take off (once again low comprehension)
He walked away and I had to sit there for three minutes in the drive threw waiting to ask for a refund with a line of cars behind me because I don’t care if it’s only 5$ I’m not spending money at a location that keeps a constant problematic manger around.
After waiting he came back and slammed his ring on my car window asking me to move damaging my tint with an item that’s against health code to even have on.
No hat or hairnet to stop his receding hair line from falling into your food either.
Also when he removed my pizza from the bag after handling cash he proceeded to touch my fry’s in there without gloves.
I never come to this location because the old male Manager always messes up food and the fact he said that...
