5 workers, 3 of which are chatting and laughing right in front of the customer view through the window while the other 2 do all the work. I wasn't greeted for 3 minutes, not even so much as asked to wait, so obviously the other three's talents were being wasted in their chat circle. Once I finally got to the window I waited another 2 minutes for anyone to even look at me. Once they did, the girl was incompetent. She said "OH! You had blah blah blah???" as if confused by my nuggets and burger with no modifications. If her coworker hadn't said something, she would've let me drive off without paying- she had no idea I hadn't paid already! The little "oopsie" giggle that followed certainly didn't help my disgruntlement. I could hear someone telling her it would be some kind of wait for the nuggets and to pull forward. They reiterated she should tell me the wait for them but this was ignored by the girl at the window who just said to pull forward and it'd be a minute. It was 10. The whole point was to not keep my family at home waiting for food but I could've ordered a pizza or made sloppy joes at the very least for the time it took to get freakin Wendy's. When my boyfriend called up to complain, he said it shouldn't take so long because it's fast food and the response was "okaaaayyyy???" Corporate is definitely the next call. SUCH...

We used to get great, timely, friendly service, but lately it’s been hit or miss. Today we drove by at 9:00 am. Website says the drive through is open and all lights are on. I waited for several minutes without service. I drove around the front and saw someone cleaning. Not getting a lemonade is not an option for my son, so I get out to ask if they are open and the worker told me yes and to go through the drive through. So I did. She saw me drive around and I again sat there for over two minutes. I drove up to the window thinking the drive through equipment isn’t working and see another worker walk past with a coffee. So I knock on the drive through window but no one comes. We had to leave and I had to deal with the fall out with my special needs son. If you are not open- don’t broadcast you are. And do not send a customer through the drive through and then ignore...
Read moreI drove all the way here because it was stated online that they opened at 6:30 am and I got there at 8:30 am. One of the employees at the drive through screen stated “we’re closed”. I had to ask what time they opened he then said “9:00 am”. I waited around and came back at that time he then stated “we’re closed” once again. I asked what time are they opening because he just told me that they would be open. I received no response. I pulled around to the window to get a better understanding and the lady who was right at the window looked at me and walked off looks like to the the side of the store in the lobby to where I couldn’t see her. I waited at the window for a few mins and there was still no return. When I finally pulled off from the window there was at least 3 employees sitting in the lobby.
