Filiberto’s Mexican Food — Restaurant in Casa Grande

So the food is ok, I haven’t had any issues there. My issues were with service, and honestly it seemed to be one specific employee that had the issue and the others were just quiet and allowed it. I’d purchased a good bit of food, among it was two taco salads, one without guacamole. I got my food home only to realize they both had guacamole, so I took one back to be remade. When I returned with the incorrect item and the receipt, I explained my issue and was told to pull around, and re-explained the issue at the window. I was told she needed to see EVERYTHING on my receipt (why?!) to “be sure.” I have no idea what she needed to be sure of; it’s not like I was claiming I was MISSING food, I was complaining that I’d gotten guacamole on food that wasn’t supposed to have it. After asking why I needed to bring back all of my food to have one item fixed (with no clear answer other than a shrug and a “just to be sure”), I asked for a refund, which they obliged without question. As soon as the refund was issued, I re-ordered my food correctly, and the girl that made a stink about the whole thing to begin with said “we could’ve just re-made that for you, you didn’t have to refund and re-order.” Like???? That was what I was trying to do? I have no clue what on earth the point of that was, but it put me off. I like the food, but not enough to tolerate whatever THAT was. We all have bad days, but no part of that...

DONT GO HERE !! The food is bad way over priced for what you're getting at least the other place has decent food.Today at the drive through we were about to drive off when my wife noticed they only gave us two hot sauce.we told her we only wanted red sause. She walks away again comes back and asks for the green sauce back. It had been in our vehicle she had walked away from us ,we could of did God knows what to it,and she's going to give it to someone else. I even said you shouldn't do that it's just some hot sauce you shouldn't risk it by giving it to someone else.she laughs at me and says it doesn't matter of course it matters in this unpredictable world we live in you don't want to risk your customers health by giving them something that's been in someone else's possession.in their hands in their vehicle.its just hot sauce dont risk it for some hot sauce.im saying because it's edible only because it's food. I have never been spoken to in such a disrespectful manner as I was at this drive-through restaurant. When I placed my order, the drive-through person misunderstood me. When I got to the window to pay, my total was just shy of $90—far more than I expected. I checked the receipt, noticed the error, and flagged down the drive-through person to let her know. She said she needed to get someone else to help.

Another woman came to the window, and her attitude was shockingly rude. She bluntly told me that even if the order was wrong, I was still getting it because they don’t do refunds. Essentially, I was stuck paying for their mistake.
