I want to start by saying that we normally love this place. It was tough to have to write this… but someone should be aware.

To point out the good, We normally go weekdays during lunch rush(extremely busy inside and in drive thru)and receive AMAZING service from the 2 girls that work the early shift(1 tall,1 short w/glasses)both kind, very knowledgeable and they create an amazing experience overall, I tell everyone to go for lunch. Both girls basically running in circles to provide excellent service. The cooks/kitchen staff on the early shift also know their stuff and consistently deliver great food quality and the portions are generous.

I’ve only come a few times in the evening and each time I’ve regretted it. It was so bad tonight that I feel the owners should be alerted. Wasn’t very busy, but wasn’t acknowledged either.. The girls working are extremely rude and very unprofessional. They lack product knowledge and don’t even try to accommodate questions. The workers tonight seemed annoyed, couldn’t be bothered to help. Neither of them had their hair up and looked as though it was going to end up in someone’s plate. No manager or supervisor in sight either. The loud one(no glasses, very curly shoulder length dark hair) was just beyond words. Treated me like I was stupid. She wasn’t just rude to me either, it seems like she hates her job and hates all the customers alike. Loudly laughing and talking about inappropriate things with her coworkers, she should be embarrassed by her nasty attitude towards the customers who pay her check.

Food was ok, the cook didn’t really seem to know much of the menu because he kept having to ask the girls questions and it was obvious they didn’t know enough to teach him.The quality of food is also much lower at night and the portions are very skimpy. Wasn’t worth my money.

All around bad experience, wouldn’t recommend unless you like to be treated like garbage by...

So fresh and delicious!! I love their weekday specials and their daily lunch specials are very affordable!!! And they actually fill their rolled tacos so it’s not just like eating a rolled up chip!

3/26/2025 Visited again today and I cannot tell you how wonderful the food is... We have been coming to this location weekly for almost a year now. We eat both inside and utilize the drive thru. Today the food was good but the woman at the window was rude and short and not what we are used to. In sounding racist in some manor I apologize for my next comment. For a few weeks we have been being met at the drive thru with AMAZING attitudes and service. And that was being waited on by colored staff members. Today we had the experience of dealing with an individual who seemed not able to speak very well English and the whole process was jumbled from ordering to the delivery. They have a tip option at the end of each payment and I will tip the happy pleasant girls who usually work the window. Today was a mess. They should evaluate who they have greeting their customers. If you can't understand the person taking your order how can they understand you????? I realize casa grande has quite a few nationals that can speak Spanish but I can't. And if you can't understand what I order in English then the buisness needs to be responsible for the errors. Not the customer. My order was completely wrong and I was told it was my fault I hadn't ordered correctly . I used to love this location. But now I will just go somewhere that they can understand english. Just some food...

Decent food though I'd say as far as "taco" places in town goes this has been one of the greasiest I have had. I had a Carne Asada Quesadilla which you can see the extra grease left over in the photo. Again it's decent food, just could have been much much better.

I personally had my own order to me fairly fast though there was a customer who had walked out after I sat down who did not get their food yet. The black floors would be a nice touch and atmosphere if it wasn't for all of this Arizona sand hahaha! The entry way was dusty and the floor only amplified the foot traffic. Both of these issues can be explained with not being able to have enough staff to take care of cleaning between rushes. I don't consider this to be 100% the restaurants fault during a pandemic, but something to be looked at when they resurface the floors and maybe change up their cleaning cycle.

Overall a decent experience but keep in mind these observations if you plan to go. The driveway was always packed too when I was here and when I had passed previously. So if you don't mind waiting it's an ok...
