Chuck's Drive-Thru Diner/ Dapper Dogs — Restaurant in Caseville

I ordered two breakfast sandwiches, one with sausage and one with bacon. on both sandwiches my eggs were cold still, my sausage was not warm throughout the sandwich, my cheese was even still cold! i received a cup of tator tots that were insanely hot but insanely soggy also? i ordered a philly cheesesteak sub and you can see from the picture itself how it looked. my meat was mush, frozen cold mush. i wish i would have taken a picture of the rest before it all went into the trash. i called to get this handled and the man who answered said there was no manager on duty & he also didn’t even know how to do a refund. how do you run a whole shift with NO managers? i would never eat here again if it was my last meal on this earth. save yourself the...

Bagel breakfast sandwich had 1 piece of bacon and tasted like they used powdered eggs, no flavor and mushy. Pineapple fruit frappe tasted like water and it was brown looking. Had to wait a while on my caramel macchiato with no other customers, it came out cold and tasted like caramel milk with no coffee. I think it was just mostly cold milk instead of frothy hot milk added and just way too much caramel. Staff was nice, cute place, small menu. Got confused at first and walked into the coin laundry and didn't see the ordering window, too much signage on the building but no clear markings for...

Though the wait time of 15 min was normal the young guy that took the order clearly didn't want to be there. We clearly got microwaved left overs that was unfit to eat. Yes we threw it all away. When I called and asked for the manger I was told he'd be in tomorrow at noon and would call me back on my complaint. After 3 more calls it was clear he didn't want to talk, but they had no problem keeping my $35 with no plan to refund it....
