Arby's — Restaurant in Casper

I used to love going to o this arby's. Im starting to rethink ever going there again! first if all no matter how many times u ask for extra sauces for your sides they dont aknowledge it even if u tell them u will pay extra, and the last two times ordered to large sides and recieved one of of sauces i asked for, not to mention my tood was cold and the roast beef is starting to look like some cheap store bought lunch meat more and more everytime I mean if u are goimg to have higher prices for your food do u really have to be so cheap on the sauces u give out to? Wont be returning...

Ordered food from there appropriately 20 minutes ago. I order Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich with what was supposed to be NO onions or tomatoes. Who ever took the order stated they could not take them off. It was made clear there was an allergy issue. I assumed they removed said items as it turns out they did not they did not even put the ranch on there they instead put possibly honey Dijon mustard on it. So if you have allergies I WOULD NOT recommend Arby's as they don't seem to care if you live or die.

Called and let them know we had a 40’ trailer and asked if we could walk through the drive through since the dine in was closed. Upon receiving 2 chicken ranch sandwich combos, the fries were cold and fried in rancid oil, and the haha chicken ranch sandwiches had half a freezing cold chicken strip on one side of the bun and cold piece of sliced cheese slapped over the top. $30 later not impressed, extremely disappointed and left hungry. don’t recommend unless cold rancid halfassed food...
