Arby's — Restaurant in Casper

Big shoutout to Cody, Jenna, and Korina for basically running the late-night Oscars of fast food! When I walked in, they were hustling like it was Gordon Ramsay’s kitchen — I half-expected someone to yell, ‘Where’s the lamb sauce?!’ Their teamwork was top-notch, and they had a rhythm going that could give any fine dining kitchen a run for its money. Chef Ramsay would approve.

Then, I did a little inspection tour of my own and checked out the restroom. Spotless. I’m talking Wyoming mountain-lake levels of clean — you could practically eat off the floor (though I don’t recommend it). The dining area was shining too, and they even had every single sauce cup perfectly lined up, all facing the same direction like they were ready for their own photo shoot. Forget just being impressed, I was straight-up amazed.

Four out of five trips the order is always missing items. I don’t mean like a fry or a packet of sauce, I mean whole meals and not just one per visit. Then they put so much food in one bag ya can’t seal in the heat and at times it’ll spill or you’ll rip the bag at the top when ya grab it which is your only option when your carrying multiple bags at a time. Guess I’ll have to be that guy that sits in line for a few minutes checking his order to make sure your incompetent staff did their job. No wonder you guys are never as busy as Wendy’s at...

I asked for fresh chicken tenders and fresh fries. What we got was an attitude from the front end manager. She gave us small pieces that had been cooked previously that had been sitting under the heat lamp, when I pointed it out she got defensive. She said she would get new, I went and sat to wait, got the same Luke warm and even smaller nuggets, she never cooked a new order for us, she gave what was sitting under their heat lamp.
