One of the best things about Stax’s is that you can design your own cake—choosing your favorite cookie and ice cream flavors to make it extra special. And it’s not just for birthdays—this cake is perfect for any celebration!

The leftovers? We cut them up, stored them in Tupperware, and enjoyed a piece every night. My husband even said, “I don’t want this to end, it’s so good!”

I feel like Wilmington has been missing a good sundae place and I love the cookie stax concept. You really get your bang for your buck! I tried the chocolate chip cookie, with monkey business and whipped cream topping. The staff was super friendly and walked us through the whole process since we were a little confused. The blueberry ice cream had the best taste and the smell was so fresh! Purchased 4 Nyes ice cream sandwiches to sample and share.....the lemon one did not disappoint!
